Have you considered the seasonality and timing of your marketing campaigns?
WE may ONLY JUST BE ENTERING NOVEMBER, but It's all about THE DARK WINTER MONTHS AHEAD already!

Do you have Autumn and Winter images from last year or will you be pulling together a bespoke 2024 look to entice returning customers for something slightly different?

Consider that media deadlines for any seasonal issue are likely to be much earlier than you expect, often even six weeks before publication as this allows for layout/pagination, printing and distribution time. If you then work back from that; the shoot must be planned, arranged, shot, edited and then final images selected; you could easily be having conversations about seasonal shoots three or four months in advance.
Even if you don’t want to ‘get into’ print magazines, you will still need images for emails, landing pages on websites, adverts (display or print), or brochures - all of which need to go through brief, design and deliver phases, which takes time.
