Inviting Influencers Extends Your Social and PR Reach
As someone who is plugged-in to the Bath and South West Instagram community, I am also able to manage the invitation of other influencer's to learn more about the customer experience you offer and share it on their own accounts.
What does collaboration look like?
I can identify and share requests with influencers to participate in whatever it is you seek Instagram exposure for. They will respond to let me know if they would like to, and are able, to participate.
They will share Instagram content as appropriate to their experience. Though there is no guarantee of coverage on any particular account and no guarantee of distribution date or timelines, though accounts tend to do so fairly quickly after attending.

• Still features on the grid
• Reels
• All of the above

Collaboration features on the grid (where a post to the grid actively co-partners with another account for joint exposure, sharing the content from both accounts at the same time) may be limited to avoid accounts beginning to feel ‘spammy’ and potentially alienating followers.
Ad/Gifted – it is legally necessary that any posts regarding products or services that have been received free of charge carry a notice for the sake of transparency.
Day/Time - Selecting a good day and time of day to post or share stories is important to maximise exposure, however it should be noted that this is not necessarily within ordinary business hours of 9-5pm, and therefore business owners are encouraged to keep an eye on their channel and engage as soon as possible after posting. This is especially true for stories, which only remain live for 24 hours from sharing.
How to engage with posts shared
• Follow each account of those invited/participating
• Look out for posts and stories from accounts that may/may not directly mention or tag your local business
• Engage with posts and stories as much as possible – like, comment and share
• Follow Bath based accounts to engage in the local community by liking, commenting and sharing content
• Share the love: when re-sharing content ALWAYS give credit to the original creator of the picture/video, with links back to their profile
